Social Media + Content Coordinator

US Remote

We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our clients. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. If you are a driven and passionate professional with an interest in supporting our clients through online channels, we would like to meet you. As a Social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase social traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.


  • Responsible for creating short-form video content specifically for social media and re-sharing relevant brand content as needed
  • Respond to all social media questions, comments and direct messages daily
  • Assist day-to-day channel management from ideation to execution; including mapping out all content, creating asset briefs, scheduling and maintaining an organized social calendar
  • Coordinate with and provide briefs for external content creators
  • Maintain and organize all notable content within cloud storage
  • Monitor and research trends specific to each platform; executing upon content opportunities when relevant
  • Monitor content analytics and create weekly/monthly reports on overall social performance
  • Support influencer and gratis giftings as needed; identifying new content creators
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing projects
  • Assist with coordinating overlapping content to be used across channels


  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media or brand marketing
  • Passion for building community
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Video and photo editing experience is a plus
  • Eager, can-do positive attitude
  • Self-starter—able to execute upon multiple projects and against tight deadlines
  • Ability to think outside of the box and create unique social and marketing strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Remote work - Southern California preferred

All work is kept remote.
